Fitness
You surely know the word Fitness, because either you have read it or heard it from the media.
The definition of fitness is: "the ability of the human body to be alerted and able to operate with power at any time without undue fatigue and excess energy. This, allows you to engage in any activity during the day and below any situation of stress."
The physical condition has nothing to do with being slim, to have a thin waist, or have big muscles. It is a combination of properties which allow us to attach the maximum of physical activities bearing the required energy.
The fitness involves the performance of the heart, lungs and muscles of the body. More precisely, it measures our cardiocirculation and respiratory function, our muscular strength and our body's flexibility.
To some extent, the physical state affects our spiritual and emotional health since what we do with our bodies also affects what we can do with our minds.
In conclusion, physical activity should be based on 3 pillars:
1. Exercise with weights
2a. Aerobic exercise 2b. Aerobic exercise 2c. Aerobic exercise
